Ana Bersin

 
 


Ana Bersin is a Brazilian and US citizen, originally from

Sao Paulo, Brazil.  She received her Bachelors degree in Business from FGV in Brazil, an MBA from the Cranfield School of Management in the UK (receiving a full scholarship and the Chevening Awards from the British Government) and her PhD degree in Business Strategy at Syracuse University, New York.


She worked in institutional equity research at Merrill Lynch in Brazil and  then served for five years as a Senior Advisor of Financial Regulation for the Brazilian Central Bank. 


Ana has significant relationships in the banking and entertainment industries in Brazil, and strong connections within the Brazilian government.  She moved to the US in 1999 and taught Corporate Strategy at Syracuse University as a Teaching Assistant.  She is the proud mother of three children. She is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
