Adam Bersin was raised in Berkeley, California. He completed his undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley and New York University, from which he was awarded a merit scholarship in Dance and Performing Arts. He completed his J.D. at Fordham University School of Law, New York City, where he also served as a Member of The Fordham Law Review.
Adam worked for a number of years as a Commercial Real Estate Attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, NYC, specializing in Equity Structuring, Commercial Leasing and Finance. He left private law practice and entered the Retail Shopping Center industry with the largest privately-held real estate development company in the Northeastern United States, The Pyramid Companies, first as Partner and Counsel, and then as co-Head of Finance and General Counsel. He coordinated the development over three million square feet of retail centers, and structuring and closing over five billion dollars of commercial real estate loans affecting over 10 million square feet of retail centers.
Adm started his own Real Estate Development company in Rochester, NY which he sold in 2007. Adam and Ana live in Denver, Colorado, where they invest in commercial real estate and motion picture production.
